Belief

Belief is the ability to experience something as if it was true.

No belief is true.

The object of belief can never be true.

If it was true, it would no longer be a belief - it would be a knowing.

For example:

  • -You do not need to believe that you have hands. You know you have hands.
  • -You do not need to believe that two plus two equals four. You know it is four.

You only need belief for something you do not know.

If a person knew God, he would not need to believe in God.
